In Hawaii.
I'm at the Sheraton Princess Hotel at Waikiki Beach, Honolulu right
now. No Facebook for me, it's banned on these [free] computers (no,
I'm not even staying here... LOL)
flight by 10 minutes. I could either spend a day in Tokyo and reach
Montreal at 11pm on Nov 18, or go through Hawaii and reach Montreal at
9am. I chose the latter. I even got my ticket bumped to business class
for the flight to Honolulu! XD I first regretted it, but it turns out that I get 8 hours between my
connecting flights (I didn't realize until I actually landed... LOL)!
So what did I do? I went up to the info booth, then strolled to the
city bus stop and here I am now, at the Waikiki beach. Hawaii is SOOOOOO beautiful. OMG!!
The only thing is that I DIDN'T BRING MY CAM arghhhh!!! I was planning
to use my mom's camera for Boston, so didn't bring my huge one. No
worries though, I still got tons of pictures in my trusty little Nokia
N95... gotta love it!
Anyways, heading back to the airport now. It's gotta be the SMALLEST
airport I've ever seen (well, other than Tottori)! But everyone's so
laid back and friendly here, even moreso than in Taiwan - I love this
place! :) All in all, all the trouble was well worth it for this half-day trip
to Hawaii :)
Let's just hope the rest of the trip goes smoothly...
